Web Designer/Front-End Developer
Requirements:
- Impeccable Designer Credentials with Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Design for Web.
- Ability to create design comps in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to code XHTML /CSS (by hand), Javascript (jQuery), preferably some Flash .
- Experience and/or proven understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.
- Experience in standards compliance including W3C validation , Section 508 compliance, and common sense.
Database/Back-End Developer
Requirements:
- Impeccable Coding Credentials with Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as a Developer.
- Ability to develop from data schema and wireframes.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and quickly.
- PHP, MySQL, Apache, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, .NET.
- or Adobe Flex, Adobe Air, Flash Action scripting, Cocoa, or LISP.
- Experience in SVN, GIT, Bug Tracking, MVC or Agile programming methodologies.
